After years of hosting an empty WordPress blog gathering dust, I have decided to actually start writing. And, in an effort to have something useful to say, I have also decided to throw away my cookie-cutter setup and make my own site from the ground up. I imagine many of my posts, at least for the time being, will be about its development.

I am currently developing this site using Node.js, Gulp, and Wintersmith, and I will try to keep the About page’s Powered By section up-to-date should that change.
